Tea & Crumpets Anyone?

Here is the little Crumpets dress, nearly finished. I have a few more rounds on the skirt and then will finish with a Picot Bind Off. The giftee is here but she is tiny; it will be a while before she can wear the dress. I do have a problem with the top rolling and I’m not sure how to fix it – the yarn is Esprit from Elann.

I switched to the Options needles and while they make the knitting go faster and are easier on my hands, I hate that I have to stop every few rounds to tighten the cable. Even using the little “key” hasn’t helped. It is quite frustrating! I have to say that other than doing this in cotton; I have really enjoyed this little dress. I am planning another one in a larger size with the beads. I am trying to figure out color combinations - maybe a white top with a blue skirt and blue beads.
